The founder should understand the finish line.
We describe readiness through customer outcomes, not infrastructure diagrams or a vocabulary test.
About ShipTheVibes
ShipTheVibes grew from hands-on work with non-developer founders who could see the product clearly—but kept getting asked to understand the machinery.
Why this exists
The first ShipTheVibes engagements started with founders who had done something remarkable: they turned an idea into working software without becoming software engineers first.
Then the work changed. Sign-in behaved differently after launch. Email needed an outside service. A fix in one screen broke another. The AI could keep producing code, but it could not own the complete product outcome.
ShipTheVibes exists for that handoff point. We bring the missing product systems into one visible framework, explain decisions in the language of users and risk, and leave founders with a safer way to continue.
Built from the work
Founders needed one understandable place to open the project, save a safe version, launch the right preview, and keep experiments away from the live app. So we built it into the engagement.
One founder-facing view
The technology stays behind the interface. The founder sees the decision they are making.
Working principles
We describe readiness through customer outcomes, not infrastructure diagrams or a vocabulary test.
When an AI is looping, adding more changes is not momentum. We preserve what works and diagnose from what users actually experience.
A live app that only an outside expert can safely touch is not a useful finish. Control returns to the founder.
Content and Framework guidance are reviewed by RAZR Systems LLC, based on firsthand product shipping work.
