Build & Ship · You have the idea or an early prototype

Start with the right product, then ship it right.

A shaped build for founders who need more than last-mile help before their product is ready for the Ship Framework.

Starting range

From $X

A short shaping conversation determines the starting scope.

What it is

A clear outcome, not an open-ended project.

Build & Ship is for founders with a clear problem to solve but no dependable app yet. We reduce the idea to a useful first release, build the customer journey with you, and carry it through the same security, reliability, launch, and handoff standard used by the flagship Ship engagement.

Good fit when

This sounds like now.

  • You have a real user problem and can describe who feels it.
  • Your prototype is mostly screens, prompts, or disconnected features.
  • You want a focused first release rather than an endless feature list.

What you leave with

The useful finish line.

  • A deliberately small first release with a clear customer journey
  • The market-ready foundations common B2B and B2C apps need
  • A live, protected, and observable web app
  • A prioritized next-release map
  • A Ship Workspace and guided handoff

The engagement

Progress you can see and explain.

  1. 01

    Shape the first release

We define the smallest complete product experience that can earn real feedback—not a pile of disconnected features.

  2. 02

    Build around the journey

Every screen and service supports the same path from first visit to a useful result.

  3. 03

    Ship to the same bar

The product moves through the Ship Framework before it reaches customers.

The Ship standard

“Live” is not enough.

An app is Shipped when real users can trust it and you can keep changing it without gambling the product.

  • Real customers can open and use the live app.
  • Sign-in and account recovery work outside your computer.
  • Transactional email reaches the people it should.
  • Each customer can only see the information meant for them.
  • Private keys and settings are kept out of public code.
  • Backups and basic health signals are in place.
  • You can keep building safely in your Ship Workspace.

Questions

Before you start.

Will you build any app idea?

Build & Ship starts by shaping a focused first release around one real user problem. If the first useful version cannot be made deliberately small, we will recommend a different path rather than sell an open-ended build.

Can I participate in the build?

Yes. You bring the customer insight and product decisions. We translate those decisions into a coherent journey, explain trade-offs in plain language, and leave you with a workspace for future iterations.

Does the first release include every feature on my list?

No. It includes the smallest complete experience that can create value for a real customer and teach you what to build next. Lower-priority ideas become a sequenced product map after launch.

Your next move

Start with a readiness signal, not a sales pitch.

A few plain-English questions establish your starting point and make the first conversation useful.
